This year, the “Bundesfestival Junger Film” will take place in a different form from 30 July to 02 August 2020: as a multimedia online and TV event.
For four days, short films will be shown on the net. Viewers can access them “on demand”, watch interviews with the filmmakers and vote for their favourite film: At the end of the event, the film is awarded an audience award. https://www.junger-film.de
Director’s comment: “In Jung Fragil we want to show positive role models for women and men. We want to be feminists and show that the “new masculinity” can be a tyre for all of us. For the coming generations of girls and boys I wish that they can behave as they want to. It is up to us to change and develop the role models – and to bring them onto the canvas. Jung Fragil should add another perspective to the debate, show and express the debate and show encouraging characters and capture our personal zeitgeist”.
