LARISSA SIRAH HERDEN PLAYS A KEY SUPPORTING ROLE IN “PARALLEL ME” – NOW STREAMING ON PARAMOUNT+

Toni’s once-successful career in change management has hit rock bottom: After giving the wrong presentation in Dubai and making an inappropriate comment about female nipples, she’s swiftly fired.
Back home in Berlin, things aren’t much better: her ex-boyfriend has become a father, her best friend Bea is preparing to emigrate, and her childhood bedroom has been converted into a sauna by her parents.
It’s shaping up to be the worst New Year’s Eve imaginable. Then Toni encounters Ariadne, a so-called “quarter-goddess,” who presents her with a magical scarf that supposedly grants access to alternative versions of her life. Skeptical but with nothing left to lose, Toni pulls the thread — and plunges into a series of parallel realities. In one, she runs a surf school in Bali with no experience whatsoever; in another, she’s a pop star performing before screaming fans in Bangkok. One day she’s a high-powered lawyer with a perfect blowout, the next she wakes up next to a wild stranger and finds herself dealing drugs. She even ends up heavily pregnant at her own baby shower. But can she find the one perfect life — before the scarf unravels completely?
